3. Eligibility and Registration
You must be at least 18 years of age to access and use our services. By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Take responsibility for all activity under your account.
4. Scope of Services
Qudow provides pay-monthly website solutions that may include:
- Website design and development
- Hosting and email services
- Domain management
- SEO packages and other digital marketing support
- Office 365 and third-party tools
Services are delivered on a subscription basis and are licensed monthly for use. Ownership of any materials, websites, or configurations remains with Qudow unless explicitly agreed in writing. We may modify or discontinue services with notice.
5. Payments, Billing & Late Fees
Services are charged on a monthly or annual subscription basis unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in advance and must be made by Card, Direct Debit, or other approved method. You agree to:
- Maintain valid payment details at all times.
- Allow automatic collection of recurring payments.
- Pay any additional service fees or upgrade charges as agreed.
If payment is overdue by more than 3 working days, Qudow reserves the right to suspend your services without further notice. Suspended services may include websites, emails, domain renewal, and support access. Qudow is not liable for losses caused by suspension due to late payment.
6. Discount Codes
Discounts are offered entirely at Qudow’s discretion and are not guaranteed. They may be amended or withdrawn at any time without notice. If a discount is removed, the full standard price will apply.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their invoice details and notifying Qudow of any required changes or corrections prior to the invoice due date. Once payment is collected, any adjustments are made at Qudow’s discretion.
Charity discounts are only valid for UK-registered charities and require a valid charity registration number. Qudow reserves the right to retrospectively charge the full standard rate for any incorrect or fraudulent use of a charity discount code.
7. Intellectual Property
All website designs, source code, graphics, templates, configurations, and associated materials remain the intellectual property of Qudow. These assets are licensed to you on a rolling monthly basis for active use only while your subscription remains valid. You are not permitted to duplicate, distribute, resell, or otherwise transfer any part of the website or related services without our prior written consent.
Ownership of any design or deliverable will only transfer upon formal written agreement, typically as part of an agreed buy-out. Until such an agreement is made and fulfilled in full, all intellectual property remains the sole property of Qudow. No warranties are provided regarding the future compatibility, functionality, or usability of any website or service after your subscription ends.
Materials supplied by you must be your own or properly licensed, and must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. You retain ownership of your submitted content, and Qudow accepts no liability for any claims arising from content supplied by you.
8. Domain Management & Ownership
All domains registered or managed by Qudow remain under our control unless agreed otherwise, and domain renewals are included while the subscription is active. We retain control of domains registered under our account. You may request a transfer, which is subject to any outstanding balances being settled in full. Clients are responsible for providing correct registration details.
9. Acceptable Use & Hosting Resource Policy
To ensure the integrity, reliability, and availability of our shared hosting infrastructure, each Qudow-hosted website is allocated a standard performance limit of 2 virtual CPUs (vCPUs) and 1GB RAM. This allocation is suitable for most small to medium websites and can comfortably support 100,000 monthly page views under typical usage patterns.
All Qudow-hosted websites benefit from built-in caching and acceleration technologies, which we configure and manage on your behalf. These technologies, combined with efficient design and minimal plugin overhead, ensure optimal performance under normal conditions.
Qudow reserves the right to monitor resource usage and may throttle, restrict, or suspend services at its sole discretion if your website exceeds reasonable thresholds or affects overall system stability. For resource-intensive sites or higher performance needs, we offer enhanced hosting packages at an additional cost.
You must not use our hosting services for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to spamming, phishing, distributing malware, or hosting offensive, abusive, or prohibited content. Any breach of this clause may result in immediate suspension or termination of your services without notice or refund.
10. Marketing Services
Qudow offers marketing and search engine optimisation (SEO) services as part of selected packages or as optional add-ons. These services are provided on a best-efforts basis and are intended to improve the visibility of your website in search engine results over time. While we employ current industry best practices, no guarantees are made regarding rankings, traffic volumes, or sales outcomes.
By using our marketing services, you acknowledge the following:
- We will make all necessary changes to your website following our SEO assessments, in line with agreed objectives. In certain cases, we may request your input or approval, particularly where content changes or business information updates are required.
- You are expected to provide accurate and timely business details, including service areas and target keywords, to support effective SEO outcomes.
- Search engine algorithms and policies are controlled by third parties and may change without notice. As such, Qudow cannot guarantee specific rankings, timeframes for indexing, or sustained performance.
- Search results depend on multiple variables including content quality, market competition, and consistency. Active collaboration and timely communication from you significantly impact success.
- Qudow is not responsible for any decline in search engine rankings, visibility, or traffic. This includes outcomes resulting from:
- Algorithmic or policy changes by search engines
- Market or competitor activity
- Changes made by you or third parties
- Changes made by Qudow in good faith as part of your SEO service
- Additionally, Qudow accepts no responsibility for suboptimal performance where recommended changes (such as business details, content edits, or keyword strategies) are not approved, not actioned, or later reversed by you or a third party.
- Requests to change your core SEO targets (such as keywords, business category, or location) after the service is underway may incur additional fees.
If you cancel your marketing or SEO service:
- Any optimisations already made will remain active on your site unless later removed or overridden.
- Access to live reporting tools and SEO dashboards will be revoked.
- No further SEO maintenance or monitoring will be provided after the service ends.
11. Office 365 and Third-Party Services
Where included, Qudow acts as a reseller of Microsoft Office 365. You authorise us to accept the Microsoft Customer Agreement on your behalf. Third-party services are bound by their respective provider terms and are not under Qudow’s control. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service failure caused by third-party providers.
12. Website Management & Access
All Qudow websites are powered by the WordPress content management system. As part of your subscription, Qudow will ensure WordPress core software is kept up to date and functioning correctly.
Clients will be granted Editor-level access to their site. This access allows for content creation and modification, including page text, blog posts, and media uploads. Editor access does not permit modifications to themes, plugins, or advanced settings. Any changes beyond what is allowed by the Editor role must be submitted as a support request via My Account.
Qudow includes a carefully selected set of premium plugins as part of your plan. If a specific plugin or paid add-on outside of our standard toolkit is required, the Customer must either supply a valid licence or agree to purchase it at their own cost. We cannot provide unauthorised use of commercial or third-party software.
Qudow retains full Administrator access and reserves the right to prevent, revoke, or restrict client access to certain technical components to maintain the security, stability, and integrity of the platform.
13. Support Services
Qudow provides technical and account support to customers as part of their subscription. All support requests must be submitted via the My Account section on our website. Clients may view the status and history of their support tickets at any time through the same portal.
Scope of Support
Support covers:
- Technical issues related to your Qudow-managed website
- Questions about billing, addons, or service usage
- Content updates, development and fixes as permitted by your package
Requests that fall outside normal support scope, including but not limited to substantial design changes, bespoke development, or consultation services, may be declined or quoted separately as a paid service.
Qudow reserves the right to determine whether a support request is reasonable. If a request is deemed excessive, unreasonable, or repetitive, we may:
- Decline to action the request
- Recommend a chargeable service
- Suggest a service upgrade or consultation
Support Hours
Standard support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (UK time), excluding bank holidays. Requests submitted outside of these hours will be processed during the next available working period.
Standard response times are typically within 3–5 working days, depending on issue complexity. Priority Support offers faster response SLAs as outlined below.
Priority Support
Customers subscribed to a Priority Support plan will receive a guaranteed response within 8 business hours. Failure to meet this SLA will result in a credit equivalent to the monthly Priority Support fee, applied to your next invoice.
Resolution times are not guaranteed, and Qudow will not be liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including the need for clarification, awaiting customer input, or third-party dependencies.
14. Referral Scheme (Affiliate Terms)
Qudow operates a formal affiliate and referral programme, allowing registered users to earn commission by referring other customers. You may sign up as an affiliate through your My Account area on our website. Upon approval, you will be provided with a unique referral link and access to basic reporting.
Referral Credits and Commission
Referrals may entitle you to either:
- A one-time credit, or
- A recurring commission, typically equal to 5% of the referred customer’s subscription value,
provided that:
- The referral is genuine,
- The referred customer remains active beyond any free trial or cooling-off period, and
- You comply fully with these terms and all applicable laws.
Referral credits may be applied to your account as discounts, service credit, or paid out upon reaching a defined threshold, subject to verification.
Eligibility and Restrictions
- Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
- Referrals must not originate from coupon sites, fake accounts, incentivised clicks, or misleading advertising.
- Affiliates must not misrepresent Qudow, its services, or pricing in any promotional activity.
- All marketing must be truthful, compliant with relevant advertising standards, and must not include spam, unsolicited emails, or misused paid advertising (e.g. bidding on Qudow brand terms without permission).
Qudow retains full discretion to determine referral eligibility, validate traffic sources, and disqualify any affiliate for misuse, manipulation, or breach of these terms.
Commission Payout and Thresholds
Affiliate payouts (if offered in cash or equivalent) are subject to:
- A minimum balance threshold (typically £50),
- Completion of any required tax and identity checks,
- Continued compliance with this agreement.
Payouts may be delayed or withheld if fraud or abuse is suspected. We reserve the right to reverse or reclaim commissions where a customer cancels or defaults.
Programme Modifications
Qudow may amend, pause, or terminate the affiliate and referral programme at any time, without liability. No rights accrue from previous participation or pending payouts, and we do not guarantee ongoing availability of affiliate rewards.
15. Privacy, Data Protection & Data Processing
Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy. DOWO Digital Ltd is the data controller, registered with the ICO (ZA840393). Data may be stored, transferred, or processed by approved partners solely for the purpose of providing services.

You agree to our Data Processing Agreement, available on request, which governs how we handle, store, and secure your data. Hosting is based in the UK unless otherwise stated.
16. Termination & Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.
Qudow may suspend or terminate services if:
- You breach these terms;
- Payment fails and remains overdue beyond our grace period;
- You engage in illegal, abusive, or resource-draining activity;
- We are legally required to do so.
Termination results in loss of access to websites, data, email, and add-ons. We are not responsible for any loss of business, data, or reputation caused by service suspension.
No refunds will be issued for unused time, except at our discretion or as required by law.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qudow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed one month’s subscription value paid by you to Qudow for the affected service.
Nothing in this agreement limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.
18. Service Changes & Force Majeure
We may update or change our services at any time with reasonable notice. We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, power failure, internet disruption, civil unrest or third-party failure.
19. Group Policies & Compliance
By using Qudow services, you agree to be bound by all applicable policies published by DOWO Digital Ltd (Company No. 09462593), the trading company behind Qudow and part of the DOWO Group.
